At Vokka Perfumes, we want you to be completely captivated by your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Place the original, unopened perfume bottle back into its luxury packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure the seal is intact, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
